Apple cinnamon oat pancakes
Blended oat pancakes with apple and cinnamon, no added sugar.

Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 large egg
- 80 ml milk
- 0.5 apple, grated
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
Method
- 1Blend the oats into a rough flour, then blend in the egg, milk, cinnamon and baking powder.
- 2Stir the grated apple through the batter by hand.
- 3Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- 4Pour small pools of batter and cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form.
- 5Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more, then repeat with the rest of the batter.
