Apple cinnamon oat pancakes

Blended oat pancakes with apple and cinnamon, no added sugar.

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 80 ml milk
  • 0.5 apple, grated
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. 1Blend the oats into a rough flour, then blend in the egg, milk, cinnamon and baking powder.
  2. 2Stir the grated apple through the batter by hand.
  3. 3Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. 4Pour small pools of batter and cook for about 2 minutes until bubbles form.
  5. 5Flip and cook 1–2 minutes more, then repeat with the rest of the batter.
