Baked cod with potatoes
Cod baked with baby potatoes and green beans.

Ingredients
- 150 g cod fillet
- 180 g baby potatoes, halved
- 80 g green beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon
- 0.5 tsp dried thyme
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss the potatoes with olive oil and thyme and roast for 20 minutes.
- 2Add the green beans and cod to the tray.
- 3Squeeze over the lemon and bake for another 15 minutes.
- 4Check the fish flakes easily and serve.
