Baked salmon with asparagus

Oven-baked salmon with roasted asparagus and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 140 g salmon fillet
  • 100 g asparagus spears
  • 0.5 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Lay the salmon and asparagus on a lined tray.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil, scatter the garlic and season with salt.
  4. 4Squeeze over half the lemon and bake for 14–16 minutes.
  5. 5Serve with the remaining lemon in wedges.
