Baked salmon with asparagus
Oven-baked salmon with roasted asparagus and lemon.

Ingredients
- 140 g salmon fillet
- 100 g asparagus spears
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic, minced
- 0.25 tsp salt
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Lay the salmon and asparagus on a lined tray.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil, scatter the garlic and season with salt.
- 4Squeeze over half the lemon and bake for 14–16 minutes.
- 5Serve with the remaining lemon in wedges.
