Banana almond porridge
Creamy oat porridge with banana, almonds and a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 60 g rolled oats
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 15 g almonds, chopped
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- 1Add the oats and almond milk to a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- 2Cook for 4–5 minutes, stirring often, until the porridge thickens.
- 3Slice half the banana into the pot and stir it through for the last minute.
- 4Pour into a bowl and top with the remaining sliced banana, chopped almonds and cinnamon.
- 5Drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm.
