Beef and vegetable skewers
Grilled beef with peppers and onion over couscous.

Ingredients
- 130 g lean beef cubes
- 120 g cooked couscous
- 60 g red pepper, chunked
- 50 g red onion, chunked
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
Method
- 1Toss the beef with olive oil and paprika.
- 2Thread the beef, pepper and onion onto skewers.
- 3Grill for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- 4Serve the skewers over the couscous.
