Berry protein smoothie bowl

A thick blended berry bowl topped with seeds and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen mixed berries
  • 120 g Greek yogurt
  • 25 g vanilla protein powder
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 5 g unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 40 ml water

Method

  1. 1Blend the frozen berries, yogurt, protein powder and water until thick and smooth.
  2. 2Add a splash more water only if the blender struggles — keep it spoonable.
  3. 3Pour into a bowl.
  4. 4Top with pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes and serve immediately.
