Berry protein smoothie bowl
A thick blended berry bowl topped with seeds and coconut.

Ingredients
- 150 g frozen mixed berries
- 120 g Greek yogurt
- 25 g vanilla protein powder
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
- 5 g unsweetened coconut flakes
- 40 ml water
Method
- 1Blend the frozen berries, yogurt, protein powder and water until thick and smooth.
- 2Add a splash more water only if the blender struggles — keep it spoonable.
- 3Pour into a bowl.
- 4Top with pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes and serve immediately.
