Rice, black beans, corn and salsa in a bowl.

Ingredients

  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 120 g canned black beans, drained
  • 60 g sweetcorn
  • 40 g salsa
  • 0.25 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp lime juice

Method

  1. 1Warm the black beans and sweetcorn in a small pan for 3 minutes.
  2. 2Spoon the rice into a bowl.
  3. 3Top with the beans, corn, salsa and avocado.
  4. 4Finish with a squeeze of lime.
