Black bean burrito bowl
Rice, black beans, corn and salsa in a bowl.

Ingredients
- 120 g cooked rice
- 120 g canned black beans, drained
- 60 g sweetcorn
- 40 g salsa
- 0.25 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp lime juice
Method
- 1Warm the black beans and sweetcorn in a small pan for 3 minutes.
- 2Spoon the rice into a bowl.
- 3Top with the beans, corn, salsa and avocado.
- 4Finish with a squeeze of lime.
