Caprese pasta salad
Wholewheat pasta with mozzarella, tomato and basil.

Ingredients
- 80 g wholewheat pasta
- 60 g fresh mozzarella, diced
- 80 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 g fresh basil, torn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Method
- 1Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and cool under cold water.
- 2Transfer to a bowl and add the mozzarella and tomatoes.
- 3Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- 4Toss with the torn basil and serve.
