Chicken Caesar bowl
Grilled chicken over romaine with a lighter Caesar dressing.

Ingredients
- 130 g chicken breast
- 80 g romaine lettuce, chopped
- 40 g Greek yogurt
- 15 g parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Season and grill the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, then slice.
- 2Whisk the yogurt, half the parmesan, lemon juice and olive oil into a dressing.
- 3Toss the romaine with the dressing.
- 4Top with the sliced chicken and remaining parmesan.
