Chicken fajita bowl
Spiced chicken with peppers and onions over rice.

Ingredients
- 130 g chicken breast, sliced
- 120 g cooked rice
- 80 g bell peppers, sliced
- 50 g onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1Toss the chicken with the fajita seasoning.
- 2Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken for 5 minutes.
- 3Add the peppers and onion and cook for 5 more minutes until soft and charred.
- 4Serve over the rice.
