Chicken noodle soup
A comforting broth with chicken, noodles and veg.

Ingredients
- 120 g chicken breast
- 60 g egg noodles
- 50 g carrot, sliced
- 500 ml chicken stock
- 20 g spring onion, sliced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Method
- 1Bring the stock to a simmer with the ginger and carrot.
- 2Add the whole chicken breast and poach for 12 minutes, then remove and shred.
- 3Add the noodles to the broth and cook per the packet.
- 4Return the chicken, add the spring onion and serve.
