Chicken pesto pasta
Wholewheat pasta with chicken and basil pesto.

Ingredients
- 80 g wholewheat pasta
- 110 g chicken breast
- 1 tbsp basil pesto
- 60 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Cook the pasta until al dente, reserving a splash of the water.
- 2Season and pan-fry the chicken in olive oil until cooked, then slice.
- 3Toss the drained pasta with the pesto and a little pasta water to loosen.
- 4Fold through the chicken and tomatoes and serve.
