Chicken vegetable stir-fry

Chicken and colourful veg in a ginger-soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 130 g chicken breast, sliced
  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 150 g mixed stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1Heat the sesame oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. 2Stir-fry the chicken for 4–5 minutes until cooked through.
  3. 3Add the vegetables and ginger and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  4. 4Pour in the soy sauce and toss.
  5. 5Serve over the warm rice.
