Cobb salad
Chicken, egg and avocado over crisp leaves.

Ingredients
- 100 g chicken breast
- 1 large egg, boiled
- 0.5 avocado, diced
- 60 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60 g mixed salad leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
Method
- 1Grill the chicken until cooked through, then slice.
- 2Arrange the salad leaves on a plate.
- 3Top with rows of chicken, quartered egg, avocado and tomatoes.
- 4Whisk the olive oil and vinegar and drizzle over the salad.
