Baked fish tacos
Flaky white fish in tortillas with slaw and lime.

Ingredients
- 140 g white fish fillet
- 3 small corn tortillas
- 60 g white cabbage, shredded
- 40 g Greek yogurt
- 0.5 lime
- 0.5 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the fish with cumin and olive oil and bake for 12–14 minutes.
- 2Mix the yogurt with a squeeze of lime for the sauce.
- 3Warm the tortillas.
- 4Flake the fish into the tortillas and top with cabbage and the lime sauce.
