Baked fish tacos

Flaky white fish in tortillas with slaw and lime.

Ingredients

  • 140 g white fish fillet
  • 3 small corn tortillas
  • 60 g white cabbage, shredded
  • 40 g Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 lime
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Rub the fish with cumin and olive oil and bake for 12–14 minutes.
  2. 2Mix the yogurt with a squeeze of lime for the sauce.
  3. 3Warm the tortillas.
  4. 4Flake the fish into the tortillas and top with cabbage and the lime sauce.
