Greek salad with halloumi
Classic Greek salad topped with pan-fried halloumi.

Ingredients
- 80 g halloumi, sliced
- 80 g cucumber, chopped
- 80 g tomato, chopped
- 20 g red onion, sliced
- 20 g black olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
Method
- 1Combine the cucumber, tomato, onion and olives in a bowl.
- 2Dress with olive oil and oregano and toss.
- 3Fry the halloumi slices in a dry hot pan for 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
- 4Lay the halloumi over the salad and serve straight away.
