Grilled chicken wrap

Warm tortilla with grilled chicken, lettuce and yogurt sauce.

Ingredients

  • 130 g chicken breast
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 40 g romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 40 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Method

  1. 1Flatten the chicken slightly, rub with olive oil and salt.
  2. 2Grill in a hot pan for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, then slice.
  3. 3Mix the yogurt with the minced garlic to make a quick sauce.
  4. 4Warm the tortilla, spread the yogurt sauce and add the lettuce and chicken.
  5. 5Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
