Grilled chicken wrap
Warm tortilla with grilled chicken, lettuce and yogurt sauce.

Ingredients
- 130 g chicken breast
- 1 large tortilla
- 40 g romaine lettuce, shredded
- 40 g Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp salt
Method
- 1Flatten the chicken slightly, rub with olive oil and salt.
- 2Grill in a hot pan for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, then slice.
- 3Mix the yogurt with the minced garlic to make a quick sauce.
- 4Warm the tortilla, spread the yogurt sauce and add the lettuce and chicken.
- 5Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
