Hummus and veggie box
Hummus with crunchy veg and wholemeal flatbread.

Ingredients
- 80 g hummus
- 1 wholemeal flatbread
- 60 g carrot, cut into sticks
- 60 g cucumber, cut into sticks
- 50 g red pepper, sliced
Method
- 1Spoon the hummus into a small bowl.
- 2Cut the vegetables into sticks and arrange around the hummus.
- 3Warm the flatbread and cut into wedges for dipping.
- 4Serve as a platter.
