Hummus with crunchy veg and wholemeal flatbread.

Ingredients

  • 80 g hummus
  • 1 wholemeal flatbread
  • 60 g carrot, cut into sticks
  • 60 g cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 50 g red pepper, sliced

Method

  1. 1Spoon the hummus into a small bowl.
  2. 2Cut the vegetables into sticks and arrange around the hummus.
  3. 3Warm the flatbread and cut into wedges for dipping.
  4. 4Serve as a platter.
