Chicken lettuce wraps

Seasoned chicken in crisp lettuce cups — low carb.

Ingredients

  • 130 g chicken mince
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
  • 20 g spring onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1Heat the sesame oil and cook the chicken mince for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up.
  2. 2Add the garlic and soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
  3. 3Stir through most of the spring onion.
  4. 4Spoon into the lettuce leaves and top with the remaining spring onion.
