Chicken lettuce wraps
Seasoned chicken in crisp lettuce cups — low carb.

Ingredients
- 130 g chicken mince
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 20 g spring onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1Heat the sesame oil and cook the chicken mince for 5–6 minutes, breaking it up.
- 2Add the garlic and soy sauce and cook for 2 more minutes.
- 3Stir through most of the spring onion.
- 4Spoon into the lettuce leaves and top with the remaining spring onion.
