Steak and avocado salad
Seared steak over greens with avocado — low carb.

Ingredients
- 140 g sirloin steak
- 60 g mixed salad leaves
- 0.5 avocado, sliced
- 50 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
Method
- 1Season the steak and sear in a hot pan for 3 minutes per side for medium.
- 2Rest the steak for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- 3Arrange the leaves, avocado and tomatoes on a plate.
- 4Top with the steak, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
