Miso salmon rice bowl

Glazed salmon over rice with edamame.

Ingredients

  • 120 g salmon fillet
  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 60 g shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Method

  1. 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Mix the miso, honey and soy sauce and brush over the salmon.
  3. 3Bake the salmon for 12–14 minutes until it flakes easily.
  4. 4Warm the edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  5. 5Serve the salmon over rice with the edamame alongside.
