Miso salmon rice bowl
Glazed salmon over rice with edamame.

Ingredients
- 120 g salmon fillet
- 120 g cooked rice
- 60 g shelled edamame
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Method
- 1Heat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Mix the miso, honey and soy sauce and brush over the salmon.
- 3Bake the salmon for 12–14 minutes until it flakes easily.
- 4Warm the edamame in boiling water for 2 minutes.
- 5Serve the salmon over rice with the edamame alongside.
