Overnight chia oats

No-cook oats soaked with chia, apple and cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 0.5 apple, grated
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method

  1. 1In a jar, combine the oats, chia seeds and soy milk and stir well.
  2. 2Stir in the grated apple, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  3. 3Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
  4. 4In the morning, stir, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, and eat cold.
