Overnight chia oats
No-cook oats soaked with chia, apple and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 15 g chia seeds
- 200 ml soy milk
- 0.5 apple, grated
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method
- 1In a jar, combine the oats, chia seeds and soy milk and stir well.
- 2Stir in the grated apple, cinnamon and maple syrup.
- 3Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight, or at least 4 hours.
- 4In the morning, stir, loosen with a splash of milk if needed, and eat cold.
