Wholegrain toast with peanut butter, banana and chia.

Ingredients

  • 2 wholegrain bread
  • 20 g natural peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. 1Toast the bread to your liking.
  2. 2Spread the peanut butter evenly over both slices.
  3. 3Slice the banana and lay it over the peanut butter.
  4. 4Sprinkle with chia seeds and cinnamon and serve.
