Pork with apple slaw
Pan-seared pork loin with a crunchy apple slaw.

Ingredients
- 140 g pork loin steak
- 70 g white cabbage, shredded
- 0.5 apple, julienned
- 30 g Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1Season the pork and sear in olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side, then rest.
- 2Mix the yogurt and mustard for the slaw dressing.
- 3Toss the cabbage and apple with the dressing.
- 4Slice the pork and serve with the slaw alongside.
