Pork with apple slaw

Pan-seared pork loin with a crunchy apple slaw.

Ingredients

  • 140 g pork loin steak
  • 70 g white cabbage, shredded
  • 0.5 apple, julienned
  • 30 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1Season the pork and sear in olive oil for 4–5 minutes per side, then rest.
  2. 2Mix the yogurt and mustard for the slaw dressing.
  3. 3Toss the cabbage and apple with the dressing.
  4. 4Slice the pork and serve with the slaw alongside.
