Chocolate protein mug cake
A one-minute microwave mug cake with cocoa and protein.

Ingredients
- 30 g chocolate protein powder
- 20 g oat flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 90 ml milk
- 1 small egg
Method
- 1In a large mug, mix the protein powder, oat flour, cocoa and baking powder.
- 2Whisk in the egg and milk until smooth with no dry pockets.
- 3Microwave on full power for 60–80 seconds until risen and just set.
- 4Let it cool for a minute before eating — it firms up as it rests.
