Cubed salmon over rice with cucumber and edamame.

Ingredients

  • 110 g sushi-grade salmon, cubed
  • 130 g cooked rice
  • 50 g cucumber, diced
  • 50 g shelled edamame
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1Toss the salmon cubes with the soy sauce and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. 2Spoon the rice into a bowl.
  3. 3Arrange the salmon, cucumber and edamame on top.
  4. 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
