Salmon poke bowl
Cubed salmon over rice with cucumber and edamame.

Ingredients
- 110 g sushi-grade salmon, cubed
- 130 g cooked rice
- 50 g cucumber, diced
- 50 g shelled edamame
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- 1Toss the salmon cubes with the soy sauce and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 2Spoon the rice into a bowl.
- 3Arrange the salmon, cucumber and edamame on top.
- 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
