Teriyaki salmon with greens

Glazed salmon with pak choi and rice.

Ingredients

  • 130 g salmon fillet
  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 100 g pak choi, halved
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method

  1. 1Brush the salmon with half the teriyaki sauce.
  2. 2Pan-fry the salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more.
  3. 3Stir-fry the pak choi in sesame oil for 2–3 minutes.
  4. 4Glaze the salmon with the remaining sauce and serve over rice with the greens.
