Teriyaki salmon with greens
Glazed salmon with pak choi and rice.

Ingredients
- 130 g salmon fillet
- 120 g cooked rice
- 100 g pak choi, halved
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Method
- 1Brush the salmon with half the teriyaki sauce.
- 2Pan-fry the salmon skin-side down for 4 minutes, then flip and cook 3 more.
- 3Stir-fry the pak choi in sesame oil for 2–3 minutes.
- 4Glaze the salmon with the remaining sauce and serve over rice with the greens.
