Garlic shrimp zoodles
Prawns with garlic over courgette noodles — low carb.

Ingredients
- 140 g raw prawns
- 200 g courgette, spiralised
- 2 garlic, minced
- 10 g butter
- 0.25 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method
- 1Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic and chili flakes.
- 2Cook the prawns for 2–3 minutes until pink.
- 3Add the courgette noodles and toss for 2 minutes to just soften.
- 4Finish with lemon juice and serve.
