Garlic shrimp zoodles

Prawns with garlic over courgette noodles — low carb.

Ingredients

  • 140 g raw prawns
  • 200 g courgette, spiralised
  • 2 garlic, minced
  • 10 g butter
  • 0.25 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method

  1. 1Melt the butter in a pan and add the garlic and chili flakes.
  2. 2Cook the prawns for 2–3 minutes until pink.
  3. 3Add the courgette noodles and toss for 2 minutes to just soften.
  4. 4Finish with lemon juice and serve.
