Teriyaki tofu bowl

Crispy tofu in teriyaki glaze over rice and broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 150 g firm tofu, cubed
  • 120 g cooked rice
  • 80 g broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. 1Pat the tofu dry and pan-fry in sesame oil until golden on all sides.
  2. 2Steam the broccoli for 3–4 minutes.
  3. 3Add the teriyaki sauce to the tofu and toss to glaze for 1 minute.
  4. 4Serve over rice with the broccoli, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
