Tuna white bean salad
Cannellini beans and tuna with red onion and parsley.

Ingredients
- 100 g canned tuna in water, drained
- 120 g canned cannellini beans, drained
- 30 g red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
- 1Combine the beans, flaked tuna and red onion in a bowl.
- 2Add the chopped parsley.
- 3Dress with olive oil and lemon juice and toss gently.
- 4Season to taste and serve.
