Tuna white bean salad

Cannellini beans and tuna with red onion and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 100 g canned tuna in water, drained
  • 120 g canned cannellini beans, drained
  • 30 g red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. 1Combine the beans, flaked tuna and red onion in a bowl.
  2. 2Add the chopped parsley.
  3. 3Dress with olive oil and lemon juice and toss gently.
  4. 4Season to taste and serve.
