Turkey avocado sandwich
Wholegrain sandwich with turkey, avocado and spinach.

Ingredients
- 2 wholegrain bread
- 90 g sliced turkey breast
- 0.5 avocado
- 20 g baby spinach
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
- 1Spread mustard on one slice of bread.
- 2Mash the avocado onto the other slice.
- 3Layer the turkey and spinach on top.
- 4Close the sandwich, press gently and cut in half.
