Turkey avocado sandwich

Wholegrain sandwich with turkey, avocado and spinach.

Ingredients

  • 2 wholegrain bread
  • 90 g sliced turkey breast
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 20 g baby spinach
  • 1 tsp mustard

Method

  1. 1Spread mustard on one slice of bread.
  2. 2Mash the avocado onto the other slice.
  3. 3Layer the turkey and spinach on top.
  4. 4Close the sandwich, press gently and cut in half.
