Magnesium: how much comes from food
According to a review, in 2005–2006 some 48% of the US population consumed less magnesium from food than the requirement. Magnesium is found in nuts, seeds, legumes, whole grains and leafy greens — foods that are often thin on the ground in a typical diet.
