Meal frequency: no effect found

A meta-analysis of 15 studies initially showed an advantage for eating more often, but the effect disappeared under sensitivity analysis: it rested on a single study. It is a good example of a plausible idea failing verification. Eat on whatever schedule suits you — frequency itself does not shape body composition.
